How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders (except orders for plushies only) are shipped through USPS with Priority Service. Transit times vary depending on your location. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received. Domestic (US) orders usually take less than 5 business days to arrive, and International orders usually take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive.

Why is the international shipping fee so high?

The US Postal Service recently increased all postal fees. Because the Pon&Zi art book weighs 13 ounces, Flat Rate Priority shipping is actually cheaper than First Class, but it's still US$23.95. I am looking into other shipping options, but at the moment, this is the best available option. Because plushies are much lighter, the shipping fee for plushies only is considerably less, but these orders are shipped First Class and may take a few extra days to be delivered.

What happened to the individual comic prints, keychains, bookmarks, etc.?

This online shop is run by only me, one person, all by myself. As soon as the Pon&Zi Art Book and plushies became available, the number of incoming orders has increased exponentially, and at times it's a little bit overwhelming. To help ensure that everything operates smoothly, I've simplified the selection in the shop to be able to process orders in batches quickly and efficiently.

I need my order to be rush delivered!

Unfortunately, since I am already using Priority shipping, the expected delivery timeframes I've outlined in a question above are the best that I can do.

I was not sent a tracking number. Help?

It was my understanding that tracking numbers were emailed automatically once a shipping label was printed for an order, but I recently discovered that this is not the case. A tracking number is still assigned for every order, so if you absolutely need it, email me at azuzephre@gmail.com with your first and last name, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

It has been two weeks since I've placed an order and it has still not arrived. Who can I contact to check on my order status?
